The dies are made from tool steel and have been hardened and polished and have been precision-made for great performance. The dies line up perfectly together, and the complete unit sits into a 200mm diameter base with lifting handles.

The base holder has screws to bolt down onto your bench, or you can use a strip to clamp it into a vice. The unique geared system gives great reduction, making bending effortless. We also offer optional Delrin dies (sold separately); five Delrin dies, precision machined to match steel round posts.
